Attorney Braithwaite graduated from the University of Utah with BS degrees in Anthropology and Biology. From there, he moved to Florida to attend law school. During law school, he worked full-time at a prominent personal injury firm in Orlando, learning the ins and outs of this area of law. 

After law school, he officially started as an attorney in foreclosure defense law and was at the forefront of the Florida foreclosure wave.

Throughout the years, Attorney Braithwaite has practiced in several areas of law, including small claims, insurance claims, probate, contract law, family law, with particular focus on bankruptcy and landlord/tenant law.

After the pandemic in 2020, Attorney Braithwaite changed his focus to probate and Chinese Immigration where he currently focuses his practice.

Attorney Braithwaite also has an office in Orlando Chinatown where he focuses on Chinese Immigration and helps transition Chinese citizens wishing to come to America for a better life.

During his personal time, Attorney Braithwaite enjoys motorcross, bicycling, music, and spending time with his sons.
